Pumpkin Spice Cookies:

3 Cups plain flour
1 Cup of sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 Cup of butter (saltaed)
1 Egg
1 1/2 Teaspoons of vanilla

In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy.mix in egg and vanilla.
In a seperate bowl combine flour and pumpkin spice. slowly add flour to the butter mixture while mixing.
Roll dough 1/4 inch thick and refridgerate for 20 minutes then cut into shapes bake for 10 -15 minutes at 350*c
